While I didn’t create this app, during my time at the Department of Cultural Affairs, I was tasked with managing its maintenance, updates, and repairs. When I came to the State of Iowa this app had several issues. Locations wouldn’t populate, sometimes one location link would provide the wrong information, and in general, it didn’t work consistently. While operating under State of Iowa procurement guidelines I created a Request for Proposal, conducted interviews of vendors, and provided an evaluation of which vendor best met our guidelines.
